Our gym is equipped with top-of-the-line boxing gear, including boxing ring bags, speed bags, water bags, teardrop bags, and a variety of weight and cardio equipment. For first-time users, gloves and wraps are provided to ensure a safe and effective workout experience.
Lunch Break Class (11:30 AM - 12:45 PM)
A compact and focused session ideal for those who want to maximize their training in a shorter time frame. This smaller class size allows for more personalized attention and technical skill development.
1st Juniors Boxing (3:15-4:30)
2nd Junior's Boxing (4:15-5:30)
Ages 10-17
Focused on the fundamentals of boxing, these sessions also incorporate teamwork and, for those ready, sparring opportunities.
Pricing: $140.00 for the first month, then $90.00 monthly.
Adults Boxing (Starts at 6:00 PM)
Concentrating on boxing fundamentals and overall conditioning, these sessions are perfect for adults looking to get in shape and learn boxing techniques.
Pricing: $160.00 for the first month, then $125.00 monthly.

Post-Class Sessions (Starts at 7:00 PM)
An opportunity for both adults and teenagers to practice and refine the skills learned in class through sparring and independent training.

Grandmaster Alfredo Aguirre is a distinguished figure in the world of martial arts, having dedicated over 43 years to the study and instruction of Kajukenbo. Beginning his martial arts journey at age 12 in Tijuana, Mexico, GM Aguirre was inspired by the likes of Chuck Norris. His foundational years were shaped under the guidance of GM Ventura Silva, where he trained in Tang Soo Do, Kung Fu, and Kajukenbo. His dedication to martial arts was recognized when he was awarded the Ninth-Degree Black Belt by Senior Grand Master Edmund Lewis in 2016.
GM Aguirre's career extends beyond being a student and instructor; he has established Kajukenbo schools in both San Diego, CA, and Bellingham, WA, nurturing students of all ages. His personal commitment to martial arts is evident as he continues to compete bi-monthly in Forms and Weapons and is currently initiating a new school in Mount Vernon, Washington. His teaching philosophy, deeply influenced by his own experiences, centers around understanding the deeper meaning behind each technique in Kajukenbo.
Aside from his martial arts career, GM Aguirre manages a full-time role as a superintendent for a local construction company. In his leisure time, he enjoys the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with his fiancée, a retired dentist, and their two dogs. His family, including three sons who are black belts and a granddaughter, remains a central part of his life and martial arts legacy. GM Aguirre also shares his fiancée’s passion for showing Bulldogs in AKC events, reflecting his versatile interests and active lifestyle.
